Aksaray University Faculty of Education has released its "2026 Activity Plan First Quarter Realization Report," prepared in alignment with its Quality Assurance System and corporate governance approach.

As part of efforts conducted within the framework of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement (PDCA) principles, the status of targets regarding academic, administrative, societal contribution, and quality processes for the first quarter of 2026 (January–March) was comprehensively evaluated.

Key Activities and Achievements of the First Quarter

•              Governance and Quality Assurance Activities: Periodic information meetings were held for the Faculty Board, the Administrative Board, and administrative staff; the traceability of administrative and academic processes was ensured in line with the work of the Faculty Quality Commission.

•              Education and Accreditation Processes: The updating of curricula and Bologna course information packages was meticulously carried out; the 2026–2027 Academic Plan was approved by the Faculty Board based on stakeholder feedback. Additionally, digital tracking mechanisms supporting the academic advising system and "Frequently Asked Questions" (FAQ) guides were updated.

•              Societal Contribution and Stakeholder Collaborations: Evaluation meetings regarding the "Teaching Practice" program were conducted with external stakeholders, particularly the Aksaray Provincial Directorate of National Education; Activities and interactive learning workshops (Digital Storytelling, Interactive Book Reading) aimed at village schools have been implemented.

•              Research-Development and Infrastructure Improvements: A "Research Support Team" was established within the faculty, and project information meetings regarding TÜBİTAK and UNİDES were held. As part of efforts to modernize learning environments, the technological equipment and smart board infrastructure in computer laboratories and classrooms were upgraded.

In accordance with the principles of transparency and accountability, the Dean's Office of the Aksaray University Faculty of Education will also announce the results of the Faculty of Education's Action Plan for subsequent quarters.
